Nicolle helped us find our second home in San Diego and made it happen in an extremely competitive market for buyers. We live in San Jose, and due to travel restrictions, this was done primarily long distance. The property was occupied and the seller was overseas, which made things more challenging. But Nicolle handled them very well and was on top of everything. She would facetime us in as necessary, for the showings and inspections, and keep us regularly updated on how things were proceeding. Nicolle is my preferred realtor and has been for the past five years. In 2015, she helped me find the perfect 3 bedroom home that was newly renovated. Nicolle negotiated a large credit for installation of central heat and air conditioner, and negotiated with the the flipper to replace the entire oversized patio in my backyard. She was also able to assure the listing agent that I was worth the wait as my loan type required a longer escrow than the seller was wanting. He agreed and I was so excited to own my first home! I never imagined I would be a homeowner and with Nicolle's help, I realized that dream. Fast forward four years and a promotion and I called Nicolle again. It was time to sell my home as I relocated to another area for my job. My relocation timeline was short and my hope was to have the home by a certain date, but wasn't sure if it was possible. Once it was go time, Nicolle was there every step of the way, helping me evaluate other homes on market. She even took me to see a few as we selected the right pricing to list my home for. Once it was on market, she handled every detail as we had multiple showings for the first three days. She then went through the offers with me to help select the best one that fit my needs and negotiate things to make it the right choice. My expectations were exceeded once again as I actually had to ask to add a few extra days of escrow since it happened so fast :) It was all so smooth and her communication and service was definitely 5 star all the way.
